What is Vortex360 People?
Vortex360 People brings employee records, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance and training into the Vortex360 platform. Your HR team, managers and employees work from connected records.
Do you have Android and iOS apps?
Yes. Vortex360 has Android and iOS employee apps. Employees can access payslips, check attendance and leave balances, and send requests. Managers can review team requests and approvals from their phones. Ask for the mobile app in your walkthrough.
Can People work across multiple branches?
Yes. Manage employee records, departments, positions and attendance across branches. Vortex360 also supports biometric attendance through its Windows agent for ZKTeco, Suprema and Anviz terminals.
Does HR connect to accounting?
Yes. HR and payroll are part of the same Vortex360 platform as accounting. Payroll postings connect to the shared ledger, and access follows each person’s assigned roles and permissions.
Does it support Arabic and English?
Yes. Vortex360 supports Arabic and English, including a right-to-left interface for Arabic. Each person can choose their preferred language.
