Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vortex 360 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Vortex 360 is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. We provide access to the platform on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan selected. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorised access.

You may not share login credentials between users. Each seat in your subscription must be associated with a single named user.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (d) upload malicious code; (e) resell access to the platform without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated or required by applicable law. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You own all data you input into Vortex 360. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 90 days, we will delete your data unless legally required to retain it.

All software, trademarks, and content provided by Vortex 360 remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortex 360's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riyadh, KSA, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account administrators by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
