We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and billing details when you sign up for Vortex 360 or contact us.
We automatically collect usage data when you interact with our platform, including log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited), device information, and feature usage analytics to help us improve the product.
We may also receive data from third parties such as payment processors (Stripe) and identity providers for single sign-on (SSO).
We use your data to: provide and operate the Vortex 360 platform; process transactions and send related billing information; respond to support requests; send product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; and analyse usage to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres. We employ encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel and governed by role-based access controls.
We maintain SOC-2 Type II-aligned security controls, conduct regular penetration testing, and maintain an immutable audit trail for all data changes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. Azure for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vortex 360, our customers, or others.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
We use essential cookies (required for the platform to function) and analytics cookies (to understand how the product is used). You can control non-essential cookies via our cookie banner on first visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account administrators by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
